Lumia Care is looking for a registered nurse with commercial drive to lead our South Australian growth team — bridging clinical excellence and business development in one unique role. This isn't a traditional clinical role and it isn't a traditional sales role. You'll use your clinical expertise to build genuine relationships across the healthcare community, understand what families navigating aged care and end of life truly need, and shape how those services are delivered and grown across Adelaide. As we expand into South Australia, we're building a team that leads with clinical credibility and backs it with commercial drive. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our presence in Adelaide. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll lead client acquisition and service growth across our in-home aged care business in SA — working across both B2C (clients and families) and B2B (hospitals, GPs, discharge planners, specialists). You'll develop clinical programs and own the end-of-life care pathway, while leading a small team of two client engagement representatives. Build and convert a structured pipeline from first contact to signed agreements Engage hospitals, discharge teams, GPs and community health professionals as referral partners Support families directly through service onboarding, particularly those navigating end of life Develop and grow clinical programs including support at home and end of life care pathways Lead and coach your team of 2, setting and tracking KPIs for scalable SA growth Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular pipeline forecasting and reporting Partner with operations to ensure clinical and commercial outcomes align ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Experience in aged care, community health, or end of life care Proven ability to build relationships with health professionals and referrers Comfort in a commercial, target-driven environment Strong communicator — with families and with clinicians HIGHLY REGARDED Prior business development, account management or sales experience Familiarity with Support at Home or Home Care Package frameworks Experience leading or mentoring a team Existing network across Adelaide's aged care or health ecosystem WHY THIS ROLE Use your clinical background as a genuine competitive advantage — not a footnote Real autonomy to build the SA function your way within a growing national organisation Work that matters: supporting people through the most significant transitions of their lives HOW TO APPLY Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter telling us about your clinical background and what draws you to a growth role.
