Product Specialist – Microsoft Surface Your duties include, but will not be limited to, the responsibilities as identified below. Reports to Business Manager Tasks and Responsibilities (not limited to) Support the Product Manager in the day-to-day management of the vendor portfolio. Develop a strong understanding of vendor products, programs, processes and vendor tools. Submit and manage deal registrations, special pricing requests and quoting. Identify and communicate stocking opportunities and demand trends. Managing shared mailbox, including but not limited to product information, availability, ETA and pricing. Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking. Collaborate with internal sales teams, BDMs and stakeholders to drive portfolio growth. Process customer return requests in vendor portal. Maintain system ETAs and sending SOH reports to Surface partners. Review invoices and credit notes and allocate them against vendor returns and claims. Assist with inventory management and stock allocations. Escalate customer, supply and operational issues where appropriate. Act as a Surface evangelist within Dicker Data. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Strong experience in PC devices/channel/distribution/selling Proactive/operational excellence/problem solving Taking the initiative and responsibilities, self-motivated, creative Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills.
