Job Title: CRO Manager Location: Remote We are seeking a data-driven CRO Manager to own conversion rate optimisation across the full eCommerce funnel. This role focuses on improving customer acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue through experimentation, analytics and user experience optimisation. Responsibilities Own CRO strategy across Shopify, including landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout. Develop and execute A/B testing programmes, using data to drive conversion and revenue growth. Analyse customer behaviour, funnel performance and site analytics to identify optimisation opportunities. Partner with Paid Media, CRM, Creative and Development teams to improve the customer journey. Build reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Leverage AI tools to accelerate testing, analysis and workflow efficiency. Qualifications 4–8 years’ experience in CRO, growth or eCommerce optimisation roles. Strong expertise in Shopify, GA4, A/B testing platforms and behavioural analytics tools. Proven track record improving conversion rates, AOV and revenue through structured experimentation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes. Experience within DTC, subscription, health, wellness or consumer brands is advantageous. Benefits Fully remote working environment.
