Job Description As we continue to build we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Your efforts will contribute directly to new customer pipeline creation, cross-sell and upsell efforts. As a product expert tasked with binding product strategy to tactics, you will act as both an executor and enabler across go-to-market, customer communications and sales enablement. Working closely with the VP, Marketing, you will help cultivate the optimism, urgency, and talent needed to meet and exceed our goals. Read on for a sense of what you'd be doing day to day: Core objectives Help Marketing and Compliance teams understand why IntelligenceBank is a mission-critical, non-negotiable budget item Differentiate platform value in the competitive landscape for DAM, BrandHub, Marketing Compliance and Marketing Operations buyers Understand buyer personas and end-users better than anyone else in the company Help improve awareness at target companies within the IntelligenceBank ICP Work with the RevOps team, Product team and VP, Marketing to gain visibility into product adoption, team and individual performance measurement and results reporting Responsibilities Go-to-market leadership and execution: own product go-to-market coordination and hub management, and translate product releases into revenue and retention outcomes Customer communications and expansion: own the customer communications program from monthly customer nurture communications to expansion campaigns that drive cross-sell and upsell pipeline Content development: contribute directly to content that creates awareness and pipeline at target and customer accounts. Sales and buyer enablement: own the enablement program that equips sales and customer-facing teams to position, demonstrate and sell the platform with confidence Product messaging: own and maintain the core product messaging framework, including value propositions, talk tracks and proof points tailored to DAM and Marketing Operations buyer personas, so that every seller tells a consistent, differentiated story Training: Design and deliver structured sales training, covering new-hire product onboarding, ongoing product and persona refreshers, and release readiness sessions ahead of every major launch. Product Demos: Build and maintain interactive product tours and guided demo journeys, keeping them current with each release so buyers and sellers always experience the latest platform capabilities AI-enabled marketing automation: keep the product knowledge behind our AI marketing systems current
