Our client, a fast growing national company, is looking to recruit an experienced, energetic, passionate senior HR / P&C Operations Manager to support the broader Group. This rare greenfield opportunity plays a key role in supporting the organisational growth, managing workforce transitions and positive workplace culture whilst developing and strengthening HR systems and processes across Australia. Key Duties include: Ensuring Compliance, HR Governance and interpretation of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, together with ER/IR advisory. Providing operational HR advice and support across the business ensuring consistent, high-level delivery of core P&C activities. Support workforce planning, labour budgeting / forecasting and workforce cost management through the development of reporting dashboards, monitoring of workforce metrics and analysis of data. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding, contracts, employment policies and records. Leadership and development of the People & Culture Operations team, including Recruitment, Payroll (using Pronto), the HR Advisor and the HR Administrator. Lead HR system improvements and optimisation initiatives, improving data integrity and reporting capability whilst leveraging technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Key Experience and Qualifications to be a success: 8-10 years of senior HR experience (including 5 years in a leadership position) Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or a related discipline Proven experience across HR operations, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Demonstrated experience managing EBA's and complex industrial relations matters along with strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation (Fair Work, Modern Awards, NES) Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions Strong commercial acumen along with analytical capability and experience utilising workforce data and reporting tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to influence, challenge and provide guidance.
