You'll be trusted to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering an exceptional level of customer service while ensuring your portfolio runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a residential property portfolio Leasing available properties Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor management Managing rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries Ensuring legislative compliance Assisting with trust accounting as required Contributing to weekly team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives About You You'll be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a team-first environment.
