Job Description Build a meaningful senior career in older-adult care At Fizzio Clinics, we believe older adults deserve care that is thoughtful, practical, well-communicated, and built around real-life outcomes. We are looking for two physiotherapists ready for their first true senior step, clinicians who have moved beyond graduate practice and want to manage more complex caseloads, support junior team members, and continue growing into specialist, education, research, and leadership pathways within a structured organisation. Fizzio Clinics's physiotherapy pathway is designed as a clear eight-tier career structure with formal mentoring, specialist and leadership opportunities, and transparent progression expectations. This is not a role for someone looking to simply do more appointments. It is for a physiotherapist who wants to build a long-term career in high-quality older-adult care across home, community, and clinic settings, with strong support around them and real room to grow. The role aligns most closely with the early senior stage of the Fizzio Clinics pathway, where clinicians are typically managing more complex presentations, mentoring junior staff, and beginning to show leadership and initiative. Why this role stands out At Fizzio Clinics, you will work in an environment built for whole-person, safe, measurable care. Our Integrated Clinical Framework is designed to keep care whole-person, bottleneck-first, intent-governed, communication-aligned, and outcome-validated across older-adult care. It applies across inHome, inClinic, and inCommunity settings and gives clinicians a shared operating logic for assessment, treatment, review, communication, and handover. That means you will be supported to practise with clear reasoning, safe progression, strong communication, and measurable outcomes, not symptom chasing or fragmented care. The framework also underpins onboarding, supervision, and teaching, so clinicians are supported to develop properly rather than being left to "figure it out alone". About the role You will deliver physiotherapy services to older adults across clinic, home, retirement living, and community environments. Your caseload will include musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, balance, falls, mobility, frailty, post-hospital, and function-focused rehabilitation presentations.
