About the job ABOUT OUR HOME REHAB OHR is a community physio provider working with NDIS, aged care, DVA, and private clients across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast. WHY THIS ROLE This is one of the few graduate/early-career roles in Brisbane where structured mentoring and professional development aren't an afterthought. They're in your weekly calendar. $85,000 – $90,000 per year super Company vehicle provided, zero out-of-pocket travel costs 2 hours of structured 1:1 supervision every week (with the Director and Team Leader) $2,000 annual professional development allowance Monthly in-house CPD workshops and guest speakers Quarterly team events ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be based in Chermside, working across North Brisbane with a supported and varied caseload: In-home and community physio visits across North Brisbane Hydrotherapy sessions at a local aquatic centre MDT collaboration with OTs, psychologists, podiatrists, and support workers Mixed caseload: neuro, geriatric, MSK, and aquatic physio Manageable caseload, no unrealistic KPIs Scheduled admin time built in, so work stays at work ABOUT YOU You've recently graduated (or are close to it), and you want your first/second role to actually set you up, not just count bodies seen per day. You'll need: Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (final-semester graduates welcome) AHPRA registration, or eligibility upon graduation Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Helpful but not essential: Interest in NDIS or aged care NDIS report writing experience Strong self-management and diary skills
