This global project delivery organisation is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team and work closely with the Head of People & Culture. This is a hands on role supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth delivery of day to day HR operations. The Role Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include: Recruitment coordination, screening, scheduling interviews and candidate management Onboarding and induction administration Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee enquiries Maintaining employee records and HR systems Supporting employee changes and lifecycle activities Coordinating exit processes and offboarding Providing general HR administration and support About You You will be an experienced HR Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and taking ownership of HR processes.
