What You Will Be Doing: Operate a range of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machinery, including computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines, to manufacture, assemble, repair, and finish rims, wheels, and associated components. Perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, grinding, grit blasting, spray painting, stripping, stamping, greasing, and final assembly while ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timeframes. Inspect equipment prior to operation to identify faults or potential safety issues, promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors. Carry out loading and unloading of trucks, manual handling of materials, pallet packing, and other production support activities while adhering to workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining high quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment by performing general housekeeping duties, including sweeping work areas and ensuring equipment and materials are stored appropriately. Actively contribute to workplace efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with company safety and operational requirements.
