They are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Operations Manager to lead the customer service function while overseeing the operational processes that support the customer journey. This is a leadership role where you'll manage a small team, drive service excellence and play a key part in supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small customer service team while delivering an exceptional client experience across every touchpoint. Manage the customer journey from purchase through to delivery, including post-purchase support and resolving escalated enquiries. Oversee logistics, order fulfilment and supplier coordination to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Drive process improvements, maintain CRM accuracy and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role. Ideally, experience within the furniture, interiors, homewares or luxury retail industry. Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
