A leading national provider of essential building services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy call centre team in Alexandria on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment supporting critical building operations. About the Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, building managers, and site contacts reporting maintenance issues and service requests. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer service and maintenance calls in a high-volume call centre environment Record, triage, and dispatch maintenance and fault requests Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Update internal systems with accurate job notes and status updates Follow up outstanding work orders to ensure timely resolution Training & Hours Initial 2-week training period (9:00am – 5:00pm) Standard hours thereafter: 10:00am – 6:00pm Full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, NSW About You Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred Ability to stay calm and professional Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Good computer literacy and attention to detail If you’re confident working in a fast-moving call centre and enjoy customer service this short-term opportunity could be a great fit!
