National Tier 1 Electrical Company Work on Adelaide's most iconic projects Must Have Large Electrical Project Management Experience - Construction THE COMPANY Our client is a Tier 1, National Electrical Construction Contractor who are BOOMING in Australia. Due to unprecedented growth in their Electrical division in South Australia, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager (Construction) to join their Adelaide team. The project will be based in the CBD. Initial project: 18-month new-build construction project in Adelaide CBD, delivering a $12–15M base building electrical package. Their reputation is based on their project management systems, scale and experience. As market leaders in their sector, some of their client relationships reach back over 40 years. Their track record of major iconic projects, innovation and numerous industry awards demonstrate that they offer industry leading project management and technical expertise. THE ROLE Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for; Delivering Electrical projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etc Project manage Electrical Projects for Tier 1 builders including, Commercial Towers, Retail, Hospitals, Health, Defense, Education, Fit outs etc End-to-end project management from inception to handover Oversee electricians, subcontractors, and site supervisors Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycle Working on Sydney’s most Iconic Electrical Projects ranging from $15m - $30m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded) Manage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicing Initial project: 18th months in the CBD - New build construction project Salary on offer: $150K-$170k Super car allowance Permanent position - ongoing work ABOUT YOU Must have Electrical Construction Project Manager experience Min 5 years Hold an Electrical Licence Or have extensive experience in Electrical Projects E xp managing projects valued $12m Experience delivering projects across; Commercial, Education, Health or defense etc Leadership experience managing large site teams and subcontractors If you fit the above criteria and you're interested to explore this opportunity further click APPLY NOW, this position will not last long!
