The Organisation This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join a large, well-established organisation within a fast-paced and supportive environment. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing within a collaborative payroll team of six. Duties & Responsibilities Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to: End-to-end weekly payroll processing Ensuring accurate payroll data, adjustments, and compliance requirements are met Processing new starters, terminations, and employee changes Managing payroll queries from employees in a timely manner Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations Assisting with payroll-related compliance activities including superannuation Additional tasks to support the broader payroll team as required Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes: Strong end-to-end payroll experience in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP payroll systems is highly desirable High attention to detail with a proactive working approach Ability to work confidently both autonomously and within a team Experience in large, fast-paced environments such as retail or FMCG advantageous Motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset Benefits Reputable national organisation with great opportunities for staff Attractive remuneration package (including paying above the standard super rate).
