Overview The Assistant Product Manager will assist with driving the strategy, implementation, and growth of products and features. This encompasses driving an innovative product management strategy, development of new ‘best in class’ products and features to drive engagement and profitability Responsibilities Ownership of strategies/products to drive the overall profitable growth Strategy development of margin enhancing initiatives – sizing opportunities, identifying what is required to implement, influencing and seeking the appropriate approvals, collaborating with key stakeholders both locally and internationally Digitisation of growth initiatives through developing strategies, delivering new capabilities, monitoring performance and collaborating with key stakeholders (e.g. Customer Marketing teams, International cross functional teams, Customer Service, Technology teams) Partnering with local Analytics and Product Management teams to identify opportunities to enhance the competitive advantages of our products Monitoring key drivers and trends through regular reporting and analyses Skills 3 years' experience in a product management role or similar role Ideally experience working within credit cards, insurance, Financial Services industry, Buy Now Pay Later products or similar Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical skills Proven skills in relationship management and leading cross functional project teams, utilising project management skills, to deliver to critical timelines and with excellent attention to detail.
