The Opportunity You will be joining a small, experienced team where you’ll support day-to-day operations with a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include: Inbound customer service (phone and email enquiries) Data entry and order processing Invoicing and basic administrative support Completing order forms and system updates General office support tasks This role is well suited to someone who enjoys routine, process-driven work and takes pride in getting the details right.
