Their team offers a range of personalised services to meet every individual’s needs – from domestic assistance to home maintenance and registered nursing such as palliative care or wound dressing management. In early 2022 Care For You at Home was acquired by MS Plus who is the go-to provider of information, advice, and support for people affected by multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. About the opportunity As the Business Development & Growth Manager, you'll identify new opportunities, strengthen referral pathways and build strategic partnerships across the Hunter region. Working across NDIS, Support at Home, Veterans' Home Care and DVA-funded services, you'll increase referrals, expand market presence and connect more people with high-quality, person-centred care. With a strong focus on growing the NDIS portfolio, you'll develop and execute business development strategies, cultivate key stakeholder relationships and represent the organisation across the community. Offering genuine autonomy, this role will see you work closely with operational, clinical and executive leaders to deliver sustainable growth aligned with service capability. Key responsibilities include: Develop and deliver strategic business development initiatives that drive sustainable growth across MS Plus and Care For You At Home. Identify and secure new opportunities across NDIS, Support at Home, Veterans' Home Care and DVA-funded services. Build strong referral partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations and key stakeholders to increase referral pathways. Grow client referrals through proactive networking, community engagement, industry events and strategic relationship management. Partner with operational and clinical teams to ensure growth aligns with service capability, workforce capacity and a seamless client experience. Monitor market trends, funding reforms and business development performance, providing insights that support future growth and innovation. About you We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities that deliver meaningful outcomes. You thrive in an autonomous role, are naturally proactive and have the confidence to identify opportunities, build trusted partnerships and convert them into sustainable growth. Whether your background is in health, aged care, disability, veterans' services or community care, you understand the importance of balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional client experiences. Ideally, you will bring: Demonstrated experience in business development, relationship management, stakeholder engagement or service growth. Experience within aged care, disability, health, veterans' services or community care. A strong understanding of referral pathways and stakeholder engagement across the Hunter region. Proven success generating leads, developing referral networks and achieving sustainable business growth. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and influence strategic growth. Experience using CRM or client management systems to manage pipelines and reporting. Appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion of a police check, a NDIS National Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and a Working with Children check (WWCC). A current NSW driver’s license is required.
