We're seeking an experienced Head Waiter to help lead the front-of-house team and bring East Pavilion to life from day one. The Opportunity As Head Waiter, you'll lead service on the floor, support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, and set the standard for exceptional hospitality. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant before opening, help shape the service culture and mentor a high-performing team from day one. What You'll Be Doing Lead service and support the front-of-house team during each shift Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues professionally Coach and mentor team members to maintain high service standards Work closely with the kitchen and leadership team to ensure seamless service Assist with opening, closing and day-to-day restaurant operations What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Section Waiter or similar senior front-of-house role Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Excellent communication and organisational skills Current NSW RSA Why Join East Pavilion?
