Working from Arndell Park, you will be responsible for collaborating with a range of different clients within the blue and white collar market. You will be driven to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people. Manage your day… Taking job briefs from clients and advertising roles Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, placing, and managing candidates Prioritising candidate care and building meaningful relationships Lead generation and account management Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships End-to-end full life cycle recruitment using best in breed and fully integrated recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)!
