ABOUT THE ROLE Located in our Booking Centre in North Melbourne , you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. If you enjoy working in a lively inbound call centre environment , this is the perfect role for you ! You’ll use your superstar customer service skills to manage appointment enquiries and bookings. To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent communication & phone skills – articulate, empathetic, and a good listener Previous customer service or high-volume call centre experience Confident using computers and quick to learn new systems A proactive attitude to training and development Health/medical reception experience (highly regarded) RIS/PACS systems experience (also highly regarded) READY TO APPLY?
