Who We’re Looking For An experienced Senior Facilities Managers or Facilities Managers with strong commercial, retail or mixed‑use backgrounds. Experience managing commercial, healthcare and/or retail assets is essential. Strong understanding of hard services, maintenance coordination and building operations. Proven experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs. About the role As Senior Facilities Manager QLD, you’ll independently manage the day‑to‑day operations of a mixed‑use commercial, healthcare and retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, functional and well‑presented. Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity. Monitor the building’s condition, identify issues early and drive timely follow‑up while acting as the main on‑site contact for clients and occupiers. Work closely with the owner’s on‑site representative to manage building priorities, expectations and operational needs. Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe, compliant and low‑disruption operations across the site. Maintain accurate records and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders, compliance documentation and incident follow‑up.
