An established and highly respected luxury residential builder is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on architecturally designed, high-end custom homes, managing projects from commencement through to handover while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction. The Role As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing multiple luxury custom home projects across Brisbane. Coordinating and supervising trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the build. Driving site productivity while ensuring exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience delivering high-end custom residential homes. Strong site supervision and subcontractor management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. A keen eye for quality, detail, and finishes. The ability to effectively manage project programmes and keep builds on schedule.
