$85k - $115k Package North Sydney location - a few minutes from the station Multi-partner CA practice with a down-to-earth team My client is a full-service chartered firm providing specialist advice across tax & compliance, SMSF, Audit, Wealth Management, & M&A. The firm has 3 Partners, who have all been with the practice for 15 years, and 12 staff members. They are now looking to add an Intermediate/Senior Accountant to their team. The role will work under 2 highly experienced Senior Managers, and will see you providing compliance services to a wide range of clients (up to $100 million in annual t/o). The ideal candidate will have prior experience/familiarity with SMSF's and Class Super software. You will get a high degree of autonomy and the opporutntiy to engage directly with clients. Key duties include: Preparation and lodgement of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts and SMSF Preparation and lodgement of IAS, BAS and FBT returns. Review client information, maintain accurate records and follow up outstanding documentation as required. Assist with tax planning, research, and advisory work. Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and third parties on behalf of clients as required. Develop and maintain knowledge of accounting standards, tax requirements, software systems and firm processes. Complete ad hoc projects and other duties as directed by the Management team.
