Registrar – Emergency Medicine (Regional Hospital) Location: Alice Springs, NT Employment Type: Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: $122,264 – $182,143 per year Start Date: 2026 (Term 3 & 4) and 2027 onwards About the Role An excellent opportunity exists for Emergency Medicine Registrars to join a high-acuity regional service in Central Australia. The Emergency Department manages ~50,000 presentations annually, offering exposure to complex adult and paediatric cases rarely seen elsewhere. You will work in a supportive, consultant-led environment, developing skills in resuscitation, acute care, and clinical leadership. Strong supervision and teaching support progression toward independent decision-making and procedural competence. Rotational opportunities include ICU, Paediatrics, Anaesthetics, Retrieval, Aboriginal Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs, and Palliative Care, supporting broad clinical development.
