We are seeking a Workato Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and integration solutions by designing automation workflows and system integrations using the Workato platform. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, efficient technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business and integration requirements Translate business needs into Workato recipes, workflows, and integration designs Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to define solutions Create functional specifications, process maps, and data flow diagrams Support design and testing of integrations (SIT/UAT coordination) Identify automation opportunities and recommend best-fit solutions Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance in integrations Maintain documentation and assist in production support Key Skills & Experience: Experience as a Technical BA in integration/iPaaS environments (Workato preferred) Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and system integrations Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) Experience with Agile delivery methodologies Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with Workato recipe design Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns Exposure to testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E) and automation workflows
