Benefits & Perks Competitive salary package up to $100,000 incentives Sustainable workload with full support team structure Access to modern systems and cutting-edge technology Quarterly and annual team celebrations Long-term career growth opportunities within a national network Onsite parking available Key Responsibilities Manage a prestige residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties Deliver end-to-end property management with support from a secondary PM, Assistant PM, and Virtual Assistant Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades Conduct inspections (routine, entry, and exit) as required Manage maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy matters Ensure full compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation Provide a high level of customer service and premium client experience About You Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Experience with Ailo, Realworks, Reapit, or VaultRE is advantageous How to Apply Hit the "APPLY" button or call Bronte Eggels on 0432 770 868 .
