We are currently recruiting for experienced Project Coordinators to join leading construction businesses delivering large-scale data centre projects across Sydney. Working alongside Project Managers and Site Teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of projects throughout the construction phase. You'll be responsible for ensuring project administration, documentation, procurement and communication are managed efficiently to keep projects on schedule, compliant and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of data centre construction projects. Coordinate project activities from pre-construction through to completion. Prepare, manage and maintain project documentation, registers and reporting. Assist with procurement activities including purchase orders, subcontractor engagement and material tracking. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Attend project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up outstanding actions. Ensure project records are accurately maintained and comply with contractual requirements. Support financial administration including progress claims, forecasting, cost tracking and invoicing where required. Assist with document control and quality assurance processes. Work closely with site teams to ensure information is distributed efficiently and project deliverables remain on track. We're looking for motivated Project Coordinators who have experience supporting commercial construction projects and enjoy working within collaborative project teams. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Project Coordinator within commercial construction, building services, fit-out, infrastructure or mission critical projects. Exposure to data centre construction projects is highly regarded but not essential. Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and site-based operations. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across live construction projects. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities. Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of a project. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, Cheops, HammerTech, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation is advantageous.
