Site Foreman – High-End Residential About the company Established builder with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Sydney Highly regarded within the industry for quality workmanship, strong client relationships and successful project delivery Strong pipeline of architecturally designed projects secured with repeat clients, referrals and leading architects Long-term opportunity to work across both premium residential and commercial projects as the business continues to grow About the role/duties Key responsibilities include: Deliver a $5M–$6M architecturally designed residential project from commencement through to completion Manage all day-to-day site operations ensuring quality, safety and programme requirements are achieved Lead and supervise an in-house team of carpenters alongside subcontractors and suppliers Coordinate trades, materials and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings to maintain design intent throughout the build Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets the highest standards Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and stakeholders throughout the construction process Maintain site diaries, track progress and report regularly to senior management Skills & Experience Carpentry trade background with strong technical construction knowledge Proven experience delivering architecturally designed high-end residential projects from start to finish Experience managing projects valued at $1M with exposure to larger luxury residential builds highly regarded Strong leadership skills with experience managing both direct labour and subcontract trades Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site management Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders Strong organisational skills with experience managing site documentation and reporting Positive, proactive and professional approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes Culture Supportive and collaborative team environment Strong reputation built on quality, professionalism and long-term relationships Stable business with a strong pipeline and genuine opportunities for progression Benefits to you Take ownership of a landmark $5M–$6M architecturally designed residential project Join a builder with an excellent reputation and over two decades of success Strong pipeline providing long-term career stability Opportunity to gain exposure to both high-end residential and commercial projects Immediate start available for the right candidate Salary $140k – $170k super (option to include vehicle in package) How to apply If you are interested in this Site Foreman job vacancy, then please email a copy of your resume to jessica.corcoran@acrworld.com or call Jess Corcoran on 0406 075 569.
