About the role Join the Bariatric Surgery team at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital as a Fellow, Registrar or Senior Registrar, gaining advanced exposure to a high-volume tertiary and subspecialist bariatric surgical service. This role provides comprehensive experience across the clinical, operative, endoscopic and radiological management of bariatric patients, working within a multi-surgeon team caring for patients with complex obesity and weight-related conditions. You will contribute to outpatient clinics, perioperative care, operative procedures, emergency general surgery services, and multidisciplinary patient management. The role offers significant opportunities to develop expertise in bariatric surgery, endoscopic management of bariatric conditions and complications, while actively participating in education, quality improvement, research, and the supervision of junior medical staff.
