Your key responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Healthy Pregnancy, Kids and Families team and portfolios to ensure alignment of chronic disease prevention policy and reform with departmental priorities, and delivering on statewide outcomes across pregnancy, early years and family health. This will be informed by Prevention Strategic Framework, Divisional Strategic Plan, Department of Health Strategic Plan and government priorities. Lead the overall planning, governance and performance of the Healthy Pregnancy, Kids and Families program with accountability for budget, outcomes, risk management and delivery of key priorities. Set the strategic direction and priorities for chronic disease prevention for the Healthy Pregnancy, Kids and Families portfolios in partnership with the Executive Director Prevention Strategy Branch including leading responses to emerging issues, shaping policy and driving contributions to government and state budget processes.
