Depending on your experience you'll either be running a small crew or working as a key hand with a clear path to leading one. Tile and metal roofing to a high standard Setting out jobs, organising materials, keeping the sequence on track Keeping the site safe, compliant and on schedule Working in with the supervisor on progress What we're after 3 years of roofing experience (residential and insurance repair work a real plus) Comfortable across tile and metal systems Crew-leading experience is great, but a strong roofer ready to grow into it will be considered White Card and Working at Heights ticket EWP licence handy but not a dealbreaker Driver's licence and reliable transport Full working rights in Australia Someone who shows up and sets the standard The contractor A well-regarded residential roofing business with a long track record across South East Queensland, built on quality and reliability.
