What You'll Be Doing Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Specialists Supporting the team with complex customer scenarios, escalations and application challenges Driving team productivity, conversion performance and service standards Conducting regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews Managing workflow prioritisation and ensuring key opportunities progress efficiently Supporting customers and internal stakeholders through escalations and complex conversations Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency Monitoring KPIs, quality standards and team performance metrics Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows and automation Supporting onboarding, training and capability development across the team Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture To Be Successful You Will Have previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience within sales, financial services or customer-focused environments Be passionate about developing people and driving high performance Bring strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Be confident managing escalations and challenging situations Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments Have experience working cross-functionally with multiple business teams Have experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (highly regarded) Experience within financial services, fintech or a high-growth environment will be highly regarded What's On Offer $150,000 - $170,000 OTE Additional earning opportunities through team performance incentives Lead a high-performing team with genuine career progression opportunities Ongoing learning, leadership training and professional development Hybrid working arrangements Sydney CBD office location Collaborative and supportive team culture Regular team events and social activities Wellbeing initiatives and employee support programs Ready to Take the Next Step?
