We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Pick Packers to join their high-performing warehouse team across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer rooms for their MORNING AND NIGHT SHIFT OPERATIONS. This position will be working across all three sections of the business being the Ambient , Chiller and Freezer rooms, if you are unable to work in cold environments please do not apply. Shift Options Morning Shift Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM Night Shift Sunday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday 10:00 PM – 06:06 AM Pay Rates Morning Shift $34.98 per hour Plus applicable freezer allowance Afternoon Shift $42.26 per hour Plus applicable freezer allowance Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders using RF scanners Voice picking experience highly regarded Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently Working across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer rooms Stacking cartons onto pallets with correct weight distribution and safety awareness Following Workplace Health & Safety procedures at all times Participating in ongoing training and contributing positively to the team environment Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, flexibility, and commitment to stable ongoing work. Requirements Previous warehouse experience essential Cold storage experience required (Freezer and Chiller environments) Proven EPJ operating experience RF Scanning and/or Voice Picking experience mandatory Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Flexible with shift times during peak operational periods Reliable transport and current driver’s licence required Please note: public transport access is limited Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Ability to provide two recent work-related references Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and medical assessment What’s On Offer Our business partner promotes a supportive workplace culture that recognizes employees who go the extra mile.
