We are currently looking for a reliable Temporary Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator to join our client based in Bankstown on a short-term assignment. This is a temporary role commencing 17 July 2026 for a 4-week period, with the assignment ending on 14 August 2026 . The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm . Key Responsibilities: Liaising with couriers and freight forwarders to arrange and track overseas shipments into the warehouse Managing bookings and collections for outgoing domestic and international shipments using company and customer accounts Packing and unpacking goods moving in and out of the warehouse Checking orders, bills, received items, inventory and deliveries for accuracy Maintaining accurate stock control records in the company’s database system Preparing relevant documentation and reporting shipment or stock information as required Ensuring basic maintenance standards are upheld within the warehouse Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with health and safety regulations Proactively monitoring stock levels Assisting the Sales and Purchasing teams with logistics queries Providing timely updates to internal teams regarding any shipment changes or delays Performing inventory and stock audits as required To be successful, you will need: A current forklift licence with experience Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, stock control or a similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and communication skills The ability to work confidently with couriers, freight providers and internal teams Good computer literacy and the ability to update database systems accurately A proactive and reliable attitude This role would suit someone who is hands on, organised and confident managing inbound and outbound freight while maintaining accurate stock and warehouse records.
