Join Western District Health Service (WDHS) as a Psychologist within our Mental Health Team, where you’ll contribute to meaningful patient outcomes while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Manage a diverse caseload of Medicare and externally funded clients and support positive community mental health outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Clinical Care & Caseload Management — Provide psychological assessment and intervention for clients referred under Mental Health Care Plans and other funding streams (TAC, DVA, NDIS), within your scope of practice. Multidisciplinary Collaboration — Actively contribute to team discussions to support coordinated, high-quality patient care and improved outcomes. Person-Centred Practice — Deliver evidence-based, client-focused care tailored to individual needs, goals, and wellbeing. Care Planning & Outcomes — Support treatment planning, monitor progress, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes across the service.
