The Role We're looking for an experienced Butcher Manager to lead our meat department. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on the block, lead your team by example and ensure customers receive the highest quality products and service. You'll be responsible for: Leading and developing a team of Butchers and Meat Assistants Maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation and food safety Managing stock, waste, wages and sales performance Planning production to meet customer demand Working closely with the Store Manager and Buying Team Creating a department that customers love to shop in About You You'll bring: Trade qualifications in Butchery Experience in retail butchery Previous team leadership experience Strong product knowledge and customer service skills A passion for developing and supporting others Good commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Why Join Harris Farm?
