EG once a month travel to office) Are you an experienced Child & Family Services leader with extensive NSW Out of Home Care and Family Preservation experience? We are seeking a senior leader to provide operational oversight, practice leadership and workforce capability building across its NSW Child & Family Services programs during a period of significant organisational and sector change. This is a unique opportunity for someone who can step into a well-established service, provide expert guidance, strengthen leadership capability and support service quality and compliance across the Child and Family service division. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will provide leadership and oversight across the NSW Child & Family Services programs, supporting a workforce of approximately 19 staff, including two Team Leaders and 17 case workers. The successful candidate will work closely with existing leadership to strengthen accountability, build capability and ensure programs continue to meet legislative, contractual and quality requirements.
