The Role We’re recruiting a Counsellor to join a community-based team in a remote Top End location. Working directly with families referred by Territory Families, you’ll deliver community and in-home support aimed at strengthening family relationships, improving parenting capacity, and creating safe, stable environments for children. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you’ll make a meaningful impact every day. The Organisation You’ll be joining a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service with a strong reputation for delivering wraparound support to the local community.
