You will be responsible for overseeing site activities, quality inspections, subcontractor performance, and project acceptance to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise field activities and site inspections. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project works. Coordinate with project teams, customers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and resolve site issues. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Prepare inspection reports and project documentation. About You Experience supervising telecommunications or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of site inspections, quality assurance, and project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple priorities. Rail or major infrastructure experience is highly regarded.
