As Partner Relationships Manager (Bathware), you'll support the day-to-day operations of our bathware category, ensuring product, supplier and inventory information is accurately maintained across the business. Working closely with Category, Partner Relationship and Supply Chain teams, you'll play a key role in managing product listings, supplier onboarding, stock administration and product data, helping deliver a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams. As a Partner Relationship Manager (Bathware) you'l l: Create, maintain and update bathware product listings across internal systems and digital platforms. Ensure product specifications, pricing, descriptions and supplier information are accurate and up to date. Coordinate the setup, activation and ongoing maintenance of products within the catalogue. Support supplier onboarding and maintain vendor records and product data. Assist in gathering and managing supplier information required for product listings and inventory setup. Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory administration activities. Monitor product availability and lifecycle information to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and Category teams to maintain product and inventory integrity. Support the setup and maintenance of product bundles, kits and merchandising combinations. Develop strong knowledge of bathware products, specifications and supplier ranges. Provide product information and support to internal stakeholders across retail, online and operational teams. Respond to internal queries relating to bathware products, supplier information and product data. Assist with showroom displays and product presentation initiatives where required. Provide product insights and recommendations based on product knowledge and operational observations. Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives. You'll Have: Experience working with product listings, product data management, inventory administration or a similar operational support role. Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience using CRM, product management, inventory or ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Practical understanding of bathroom products, fixtures, home improvement products or related retail categories is highly desirable. Why Winnings?
