As Showroom Manager at Burnley, you will be the driving force behind a premium bathware showroom, showcasing world-class bathroom products, fittings and design solutions. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong commercial outcomes. You will balance leadership, operational excellence and strategic thinking, ensuring the showroom is a destination for architects, designers and homeowners seeking innovative and beautifully curated bathroom spaces. As a Showroom Manager, you'll: Drive showroom sales, margins and overall financial performance Monitor sales mix, discounting and product performance Analyse results and implement strategies to improve outcomes Lead, coach and develop a high-performing showroom team Deliver an exceptional, design-led customer experience Build relationships with architects, designers, builders and clients Support the team in resolving escalated customer issues Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and presentation Ensure visual merchandising reflects premium brand standards Manage stock, displays, stocktakes and inventory accuracy Ensure all admin processes are executed efficiently Manage showroom P&L, forecasting and reporting Manage local area marketing initiatives and budgets Ensure adherence to company policies and WHS requirements You'll have: Proven experience in retail leadership (ideally premium retail) Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales Passion for bathware, interior design and customer experience Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to be highly organised with strong operational skills Ability to analyse performance data and take decisive action Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional presentation with a strong eye for detail Why Winning?
