Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive expansion within the horticulture sector and broader agrifood industries. Role This is not a traditional 360-degree recruitment role. We are seeking a commercially focused business developer who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and generating revenue. Your primary responsibility will be securing recruitment assignments and developing long-term client partnerships across the horticulture and agribusiness sectors. Supported by an experienced recruitment delivery team, you will be free to focus on winning new business and growing strategic client accounts. Requirements Previous recruitment industry experience is essential Agribusiness, horticulture or food industry recruitment experience is highly regarded Proven business development and sales capability Strong relationship-building and networking skills Highly motivated, energetic and commercially driven Confidently engaging senior decision makers Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously Able to hit the ground running Location & Remuneration The position can be based in Melbourne or the surrounding regional Victoria. An attractive salary package will be negotiated based on experience and will include a competitive base salary together with a highly rewarding performance-based incentive structure. Regular travel throughout Victoria and occasional interstate travel will be required.
