Recruitment Vision is currently seeing a Project Co-Ordinator for an exciting opportunity with a market leading flooring organisation based out of Geelong. the Purpose of this role will be to support the project management team in delivering Flooring Projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited too) Co-ordinating operations across contracted jobs including but not limited to: Logistics - co-ordinating the delivery of required materials to both CIS and to job sites. Checking that material manifests are correct and that materials are appropriately handled and stored. Equipment - co-ordinating the delivery and return of equipment from job sites. Administration - co-ordinating site paperwork requirements including inductions, SWMS and technical/installation documents. Assist in maintaining client (end user or builder/developer) relations and communications Assist in management of on-site installation teams, including communication of schedules and expectations. Assist director and project managers with job, resource and organizational planning (work flows, MS Project or similar as agreed) About you: Knowledge of commercial flooring installation operations or commercial construction sites. Experience in managing policies and procedures Good relationship skills for dealing with prospective and current clients as well as suppliers and contractors. Experience with computer programs for reporting, quoting and communications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Medium Rigid Truck & Forklift License (or willing to get) Physically fit enough to assist with safe manual handling of materials and equipment Ability and preparedness to work unusual hours in a management rotation when contracts require (nights and weekends, (with agreed balance of hours/days/weekends off in recognition).
