With a strong track record supporting Tier 1 clients on landmark projects — including Big Build programs, data centers, water and wastewater assets, and rail infrastructure — the business is now seeking an accomplished HSEQ Manager to drive excellence across its operations. The Opportunity As the HSEQ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the organisation’s safety performance. This is a hands‑on leadership position, responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Health & Safety systems, while embedding a culture of accountability, engagement and best practice across all project teams. You will work closely with the Leadership Team to influence strategy, uplift capability, and ensure the business continues to meet the expectations of major clients and complex infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the ongoing development, implementation and refinement of Health & Safety management systems Champion a high‑performance safety culture through strong relationships, consultation and training Provide proactive leadership and guidance to all staff on safety processes, procedures and expectations Support Site Operations with HSEQ requirements Mentor and support project teams to ensure consistent application of HSE standards Partner with the Leadership Team on business improvement initiatives impacting health and safety Identify organisational training needs and develop an annual HSE training and development plan Liaise with clients to ensure alignment with project‑specific HSE requirements About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction or civil infrastructure sector Strong capability in developing, implementing and maintaining best‑practice safety and environmental systems Solid understanding of OHS legislation and ISO‑9001 frameworks Experience conducting internal and external audits (highly regarded) Proven ability to lead, influence and develop teams A current Australian driver’s licence Apply Please call Leigh Rowbottom from Talent Associates on 1300 363 445 for more information or click "apply now" to lodge an application.
