Our client, a well-established WA family-owned steel reinforcement business, is seeking a Workshop Operator to join their growing production team. Supplying the residential, commercial, mining and civil sectors, they offer stable, long-term employment in a supportive workshop environment. The Role Working with reinforcing steel, you'll be responsible for: Operating REO processing, cutting and bending machinery Reading production schedules and preparing steel to specification Loading and unloading materials Performing quality checks and basic equipment maintenance Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area About You: Experience in manufacturing, steel processing, fabrication or construction Machinery operating experience (preferred) A strong commitment to safety and quality Physical fitness and a hands-on attitude Forklift licence and/or overhead crane experience (advantageous) Most importantly, you're reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
