What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the IT Team Leader, you will deliver high-level technical support and systems expertise across both infrastructure and software environments. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum system uptime while supporting projects and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing technical support across software systems and IT infrastructure Troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure maximum uptime Supporting and managing third-party providers and vendors Working with business users to deliver efficient IT solutions Assisting with and leading site-based IT projects where required Supporting IT resource planning and budget allocation activities What You Will Need Proven experience in a similar IT Systems Engineer or infrastructure role Strong knowledge of: Microsoft client and server technologies Active Directory administration Virtualisation platforms Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing protocols) Experience supporting enterprise IT environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Highly Regarded: Industry certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSA, MCSE) Site Based or Mining Experience Experience with: PABX systems Fibre optic and copper cabling Wireless technologies Whats in It for You?
