Our client is looking for an experienced automotive Parts Manager to join their dealership in Mackay. This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll take over a well-run department with a solid team already in place. Rather than walking into a rebuild, you'll be joining a business looking for someone who can continue the good work, support the team and help grow the department. You'll be leading a team of eight across a Parts Department generating more than $9 million in annual sales. The business is particularly keen to continue growing its fleet and trade customer base while maintaining the high level of service it's known for. The Role You'll be responsible for: Leading and supporting the Parts team. Keeping inventory well-managed. Building relationships with fleet and trade customers. Working closely with the Service Department. Maintaining strong customer service standards. Looking for ways to improve the department. About You We're looking for someone who has dealership parts experience and enjoys leading people. You'll be organised, customer-focused, and understand what it takes to run a successful Parts Department.
