About UpPlus UpPlus Health Group is an established Adelaide allied health practice. Our team includes physiotherapists, remedial massage therapists, and dry-needling specialists working across musculoskeletal, NDIS, hydrotherapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation. The Role We're seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver clinical physiotherapy services at our Seaton clinic. You'll provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients of all ages across private, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and WorkCover-funded caseloads. Key Responsibilities Assess patients to determine the nature and extent of physical impairment Design, implement and evaluate individualised, evidence-based treatment programs Deliver hands-on treatment including manual therapy, exercise prescription and hydrotherapy (hydrotherapy training provided) Manage a varied caseload across private, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and WorkCover clients Educate patients and families on injury management, prevention and rehabilitation Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with AHPRA and Medicare requirements Collaborate with our remedial massage and dry-needling team for integrated patient outcomes Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development Essential Criteria Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA), or eligibility to register Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Strong clinical reasoning, written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Right to work in Australia Desirable Criteria Minimum 1 year of post-registration clinical experience (preferred, not mandatory — new graduates welcome) Experience treating NDIS, DVA and WorkCover clients Hydrotherapy experience or willingness to be trained Experience with electronic clinical management systems What We Offer $80,000 – $100,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on experience Paid CPD days and a generous professional development allowance Performance-based bonuses Monday to Friday — no weekend or public holiday work required Modern, well-equipped clinic with strong admin support Structured mentoring for new graduates and genuine career progression within UpPlus Health Group Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates How to Apply Click Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter.
