Tecside are seeking a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our clients maintenance team in Hindmarsh. Key Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance Supporting the maintenance team Using hand tools and power tools General handyperson duties About You: Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach to work. Experience using hand and power tools safely and confidently. Previous experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment is essential. Carrying out general handyperson duties, including cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, and various odd jobs around the site. Willing to assist with preventative maintenance activities such as greasing machinery and supporting the maintenance team as required. While the role has limited involvement with production machinery initially, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to equipment and processes over time.
