Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct assessments, develop and deliver therapy plans, and provide support for individuals with speech sound disorders, dysphagia, communication, and language difficulties. Responsibilities include collaborating with families, carers, educators, and other professionals to ensure personalised, practical interventions in various settings such as homes, schools, childcare centres, and aged care facilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech Sound Disorders Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia Experience working with Communication and Language Disorders Solid understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and personalised care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current certification and licensing in Speech Pathology Experience in working with children and adults, particularly in diverse settings, is highly desirable Driver's license and willingness to travel within Sydney for client appointments
